A formal look that lasts

Your crest or seal carries your organisation’s name, so the detail has to be right. For formal pieces we usually recommend die-struck brass or copper with hard enamel: colours sit level with the metal and are polished smooth, and fine lettering stays sharp.

We match your colours to Pantone references and reproduce your insignia from vector artwork. If you only have a printed copy, our designers redraw it; the design fee is USD 100 per design, credited against your order.

Repeat orders that match

Many organisations order the same award or badge every year. Moulds are kept on file for repeat orders, so later batches are struck from the same die and checked against the sample you approved the first time.

To re-order, send us your previous order reference and the new quantity. If names, dates or ranks change, we update only that part of the artwork for your approval.

Questions from organisations

Can you make police or security badges for us?

Yes. We make badges and insignia to your artwork for police forces, security companies, emergency services and other organisations. You confirm that you are entitled to use the insignia and that you have any authorisation your own law requires; responsibility for the design and for how the badges are used rests with you.

Can we re-order the same medal next year?

Yes. Moulds are kept on file for repeat orders, so a re-order is struck from the same die and matched to the approved sample from your first order. Send us the previous order reference and the new quantity.

Hard enamel or soft enamel for a formal award?

Hard enamel. The colour is filled level with the metal and polished smooth, which gives the flat, jewellery-like surface most formal awards and badges use. Soft enamel costs less and suits event and promotional pieces.

What documents do you provide for our accounts team?

A proforma invoice for payment approval, then a commercial invoice and packing list with the shipment. Tell us if your organisation needs specific details on the invoice, such as a purchase order number.
